Tarangire Treetops Lodge Description

Tarangire Treetops is a lovely safari lodge featuring 20 luxury en-suite rooms, built atop tree-attached platforms, overlooking the Tarangire Sand River. The 20 giant thatched tree houses blend in perfectly with the surroundings Each tree house has an en suite shower and w/c together with a lounge area and private verandah with sweeping views over the private Conservation area. The 20 tree houses provide guests with a unique safari experience. Each tree house has a large private balcony, an exotic double shower and, with a floor space of 65 square metres, some of the largest rooms in East Africa.

ACTIVITIES & WILDLIFE

With the natural beauty of the hills and dry river beds begging to be explored and because Tarangire Treetops is located on a private concession outside the Tarangire National Park, guests can enjoy guided walking safaris, day or night time game drives and the enchantment of bush dining.

This private concession has a unique ecosystem, however, it still contains the same wildlife as found in the Tarangire National Park, including lion, buffalo, leopard, cheetah and of course elephant. Huge herds of elephant frequent the camp on their way to the Sand River, ensuring year-round wildlife.
