“The trip was amazing. You did an incredible job with your choices of accommodation. The Cape Grace was the best hotel we have ever stayed at, the rooms were great, the staff was the best, and all the services they offered were well used, and top notch. We ended up getting upgraded to a villa in Franschoek, so that was a wonderful surprise. I actually wished we could have stayed another day there, next time I guess. Chitwa Chitwa was fabulous. We saw the Big 5 in our first drive. And we ended up getting to see a lion climb a tree after the pride chased off a leopard with her kill in a tree. Coolest thing we saw by far. We LOVED Selinda. It was the perfect end to our trip. It really gave us a sense of true, wild Africa. The animals definitely did not seem as accustomed to our vehicles there. And finally on our last safari, we tracked down two mature male lions – they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for planning such a wonderful dream trip to Africa. Both Matt and I have no intention of waiting too long to go back, so I will be in touch.”

“Hope this message finds you well. This is a thank you message. We’ve been home for almost 2 weeks and both of us were blown away by the fabulousness of the holiday. Botswanan safari was most definitely the most mind-blowing. Thank you so much for your advice and planning. 7 days in Botswana was never going to be too long. On the day of my birthday, I saw a leopard, highly visible, relaxed and calm, in the fork of a tree just metres from the jeep. That was going from the airstrip to Chitabe. Every morning and evening, out in the jeeps, we saw something new. We found the Wilderness organization to be incredibly professional in all ways. The staff were welcoming, friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable. The accommodation was attractive, creatively appointed and comfortable as well as well-serviced. The meals were superbly varied, fresh and healthy. The availability of all refreshments was extremely generous. I also loved the access to libraries of beautiful books. And, the guides/drivers were in an class of their own. Remarkable! Almost no rain, not too hot, quite a lot of birds still around and lots of creatures with babies. You were right. March is fine as a time to visit. So, plans are already afoot for a return some time. It’s all things African at present, novels, movies, research, photos, conversations, emails etc. So, thank you we really appreciate the great holiday plan you put together for us.”
